The staff were friendly, the room was cosy with a smart TV, and the bedding was comfy. For the price, I got way more than I expected, definitely worth the money considering the peak period. Was in Batam for a night transiting from Jakarta to Singapore; I wish I could stay longer. The guesthouse has no lift; might want to keep that in mind when booking. The surroundings have nothing much to offer except minimarts and a row of street food carts in the evening.

Peace and quiet. Place was huge, had plenty to space to walk around/cycle, see fruits trees and some water activities. Sort of private beach and view of the bridge was nice (seaview room).

We did not stay in this apartment as there was some issue with the toilet. Host, Ed offered us another unit at Nagoya Thamrin City so review is for this apartment. Great location with many shops and eateries around and high floor unit. Mostly quiet except for occasional prayers from nearby mosque. Host was very responsive to our problems and communication was great too!

Away from the hustle of the city thus its very private and quiet. Good for family or couple time. Love that the facilities are all over the resort itself. There was a lot to do with age appropriate for all, rain or shine. The weather was very kind to us during the end of December period and we get to enjoy quite abit of activities. We watched very little tv so thats a good sign! Morning breakfast had a good spread. Our rooms were big and comfortable. There is a sofa bed if you have kids as well.
