Lovely big room, clean, comfortable bed. We had a very good meal and nice evening in local pub McGann's, about 300 meters from the accommodation. Perfect location for visiting the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren.

A cute little b&b in the centre of Kilrush. A great base for if heading on to Doonbeg like we were. The food here is just on another level. It was such a joy to sit and talk to the owners over breakfast and none of our requests were too much trouble for them. If ever back in Kilrush, we will be staying here for sure 😊

Our stay at the Sycamore Lodge was a highlight of our trip! John and Kieran were exceptional hosts! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely tea with homemade scones and other treats. The house is simply beautiful and we felt immediately at home. Kieran was especially helpful in giving us tips and information about our ancestors who lived in Kilkee. We didn't think things could get any better and then, after a wonderful night's sleep, we woke up to an amazing, breakfast. It was almost too beautiful to eat! What an honor it was to be welcomed to Jonny and Eimhin’s home. Their house was beautiful, clean, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the hard work they’ve put in their home. Jonny and Eimhin were both hospitable and kind hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Ireland!
