Everything, especially the morning walk with Sharath, a naturalist and also the villa manager. All staff members were very warm. The food was excellent.

the aesthetics... cleanliness..... hospitality.... personal attention by Trishul (owner of the place). It is exactly the same as looks in pic.
entire Bungalow was available to us, with fully operational kitchen, dining area, properly placed crockeries.
superb morning....fog all around in the coffee farm.
noone around but still you feel safe .
We were served coffee and a delicious breakfast right on time.

I was recommended to visit Avocado cottages by an You Tube blogger friend of mine and I loved this Calm and eye pleasent place in between coffee land.
Location: Perfectly located stay nice garden and Coffee estate view from Top.
Amenities provided was excellent and Privacy was great (Five Star).
Awesome food!! Especially local cuisine.
Staffs were friendly.
We troubled them with extended hours of fire camp, which they didn't mind.
Tourist attractions like Nisargadhama, Dubare, Chicklihole Dam, Backwater are just a few miles away from the place of stay.
Would highly recommend this place and definitely want to come back.
Not to forget our host Mr.Shetty was very helpful and multi language speaker.

The rooms were big, two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa and TV with many options. The view is amazing and location is just perfect, not very far from city centre Rajar seat
