The staff were extremely kind and helpful, waiting for us as we arrived late at night, assisting with luggage, and making a hearty warm late night dinner, and ready with a little breakfast very early in the morning as we left. Ben was great!!

Hotel location was very near to city center yet at some distance to keep separate from crowd and rush. Manager was very helpful and supportive for guiding us about sikkim tour, staff was very helpful and prompt (special mention for Mr. Shiva). Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great experience during the stay.
