Simple but stylish. Impeccably clean. Teresa and her mother are great hosts. Definitely recommend - must be amazing in spring or early autumn but was great for New Year too. Great place for a group of family/friends. Great location for exploring and enjoying Anacapri.

We loved to stay here. The appartment is so charming, we got the pink room. It has a terrace to enjoy outside, the host is super!! She was always attentive to our needs, beautiful view from our room.

We enjoyed everything about Villa Giardini. Very good cost-benefit for its location near to the Piazzeta, rooms are incredible, and the hosts Daniela and Mrs. Gabriella are very king and helpful. Villa Giardini Luxury Room goes beyond perfection!

This is one of those places which are actually way better than it seems from the pictures. Lets start with the less obvious things - There is a great sea view from the balcony - The rooms' interior design is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious - The owner and the staff are great people and will make your stay even better - There is a great common area with everything you need (coffee machine, fridge, etc.) and you can have a breakfast on the balcony on one of the 4 tables and enjoy the sea view - It's quiet and peaceful in the area If you already checked the location, you might already know that: - The views from La Scala Fenicia are 10 minutes away - Mount Solaro: a. the chairlift is few minutes away b. or just go for a nice hike as it's not challenging. On you way down to Anacapri take in the beautiful scenery from Santa Maria a Cetrella and appreciate the stunning Faraglioni cliffs. - You can get to Capri via La Scala Fenicia and then taking one of the pedestrian streets - it's a beautiful 35 minute walk, but this is not for everybody. If you don't want to wait for half an hour for the bus, you can go for this option. - The property is 4 min from the main street. I'm not generous with the reviews here, but this place and the owner deserve an 11.

I appreciated the cleanliness, the white linen and towels, the beautiful and bright room, the very good location. The room and the terrace are even more beautiful than in the picture. My host, Raffaella, was very kind and helpful. It remains a part of my beautiful memories of Capri and I will return with pleasure!

The service was excellent - the hosts were very kind and polite, and they even gave us tips on places to visit and how to get around the island. The location is also great, right in the center of Anacapri and close to the bus stations. Despite being in the center, it was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
