At the bed and breakfast, each unit has bed linen and towels. Hosts were great, it is dark early this time of year (Nov) so they drove us to/from a restaurant in the evening which was super of them. We walked to town in the afternoon for a drink and walking on the quiet lane between the property and town was a nice stroll. Very nice and well done modern room, and they made a very good breakfast. In the summer you could enjoy the terrace area which would be wonderful. Really an excellent stay👍

Takes care of everything and helps renters from the very start of the process and throughout. Very kind and friendly! The room boasts a good size & good light and cleanliness. Also, the bathroom! The kitchenette & dining area are models of sober, efficient design, and the breakfast is very good, starting with the excellent coffee. Cleaning staff is very kind and efficient.

Breakfast served until 10:30 with cappuccino, juices, fruit, yogurt, toast, ham, cheese, and pastry. Aside from the obvious attractions including Palazzo Papale, if you drive, safe parking for 3 euro 50 is a very short walk away. We visited necropolis in Tarquinia, Terme di Pape, Sacro Bosco, Palazzo Farnese, all about a 30 minute drive. A great experience!
