Hospitality of the landlord is really great. wonderful location of the apartments, very close to all attractions, just 10 minutes walk to Vatican and 40 minutes to Colloseum. Nice district, there is no noise from the street. The apartments were cleaned each day. Everything in the bar (water, juice, little bottle of Prosecco) is for free. Tea and coffee in the room. it was possible to leave the bags after the check out.

We rate our stay as excellent! The cleaning service was flawless everything was clean, fresh, and very comfortable every day. Communication with the host was quick, efficient, and very friendly we truly felt well taken care of. Breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day. The location was perfect close to the Vatican and very well connected to the rest of Rome by public transport. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby where you can enjoy delicious local food. We are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back on our next visit to Rome!

The property is centrally located with the major tourist areas within easy walking distance. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, great shower and really comfortable bed. There is an old style lift to the property which is small but was perfectly fine for me and my suitcase!

The host Francesco accepted to keep my trekking bag before check in which was of great help for me and he also left me some snacks for the morning as I needed to leave before breakfast time. Very very gentle. AC for the terrible heatwave was indispensable. Few seconds away from ottaviani metro thus close to all Rome as metros take you anywhere!
