The room was spotless and the service impeccable. It has been the best accommodation we have stayed on this trip. The breakfast is supplied by the cafe a few steps away and is delicious. The staff in the cafe are lovely.

Very well situated at the highest point of Montepulciano, very close to all the scenic points , restaurants, and wine cellars Very spacious , renovated well as it was clean but kept its historic vibes. The terrace is the best part . Wife and I brought wine and food home many times just to hang out on terrace

She recommended excellent places for food or breakfast/coffee in the town. The room was excellent, in the center of the town, at the highest point. There were restaurants, coffee shops all around, as well as the central piazza. We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!

We’ve stayed in apparently fancier, more luxurious hotels, but this place gave us that truly exclusive vibe—where you feel seen, cared for, and genuinely valued. It’s the perfect place to relax, sip wine, unwind, and feel completely spoiled from start to finish.

They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. Next time….
