The place is easy to reach on foot from Magome-juku bus stop, even with a large suitcase, as there's a pavement all the way.

The hosts are the most helpful, nice and friendly. Onsen is just across the road.

Beautiful place, really sweet owners, great facilities including two couples' onsens! A really great breakfast. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Staying at the Guesthouse is a must if you go to Katsuyama and visit the dinosaur museum, especially if you have children, even older ones. The stay enhanced the experience. As other reviews have attested, I confirm the hospitality the owners provided us and went beyond our expectations. Many people will visit the museum as a day trip. However, I highly recommend staying overnight if you are a Japanese national with children or, like me, an international tourist.

The house is not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. We especially recommend dining at the restaurant—the curry was truly one of the best I’ve ever had.
