Loved their onsen facility. It's private and you need to book a slot for yourself or your group after check-in. The common area has an amazing view of fall trees in their garden during Autumn. The food is really good with a lot of options. The staff is nice.

Had a very comfortable stay here, and was convenient to be close to one of the bus stops. The free breakfast and private baths were also very good. The trail to Kanmangafuchi Abyss, which was only a short distance from the accommodation, was also a highlight.

It was a wonderful experience, coming to Mr. Hiro's house. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, traditional, the conversation with the owner was very pleasant. I slept wonderfully there. I will always return to this place in my thoughts. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. And as a bonus, there is excellent and tasty drinking water. If you are thinking about where to stay in Japan, this is the right choice. Just don't make the same mistake I did. We were only for one night. We have to come back here for at least 3 nights.

Super great host!! He was so nice. The accommodation has everything and I felt very welcomed. It is a 10 min walk from the Imaichi train stations. The private room is extremely comfortable and in Japanese style. The dorms were also great but not so comfortable because moving in your bed affects the other 3 people in the dorm. The 4 beds are part of one single structure, similar to a capsule dorm.

The host was very friendly. She shared information on the attractions in the area, and recommended food places as well. She also provided additional breakfast free of charge and gave some home made souvenirs to us. Location wise was very convinient, 10min stroll to JR station, or a 2min drive.

It is very, very nice! "Feels like home" type of vibe! The location is right next to the station, so it is easy to travel around Nikko. There is a combini right next to the property in case you need anything. The house keeper is EXTREMELY friendly and will help give you reccomendations and even help you make a plan. I wish I could have stayed longer! It was truly a special experience.
