The bed is very comfortable, pillows too. The room has air conditioning, fan and access to a spacious balcony. The host is very nice and helpful. The host greeted us very friendly and prepared fresh flower in the room. The host speaks English and recommended us to take the bus to the airport, he had a very personable approach, picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. For dinner the host took us by tuktuk to their favourite restaurant (the name is Wave) and picked us up again by tuktuk after dinner. It was possible to leave our backpacks downstairs at the front desk after check out. Breakfast was fabulous. We had a big and very good breakfast (pineapple juice, a full plate of fruit, eggs and toast with jam and butter, and there were a few Sri Lankan specialties). Highly recommended! Absolutely perfect.

Once you are inside the premises, it is very charming.The owner goes out of his way to make you comfortable. The beach is just behind the house and you have it almost for yourself. He makes a very nice breakfast and knows where to eat!

It is very close to the beach and to nice restaurants. It's like 15min (walking) away from the river where you can do all the water sports. The breakfast is super nice! The son of the lady running the guest house took me to the airport for a very good price.

Rooms are quite good and spacious. One gets abpvt kitchen which is useful if someone is planning to stay for longer and wants to cook. If you are a dog lover, then there's a cherry on the top - their dog Mashi(3 yr old Doberman). She is very friendly and rarely barks. Whenever she needs someone new, she often smiles. The beach is at a 5 min walk from the house(don't go by the Google maps route, ask the host - there's a shorter route across railway track) There are a lot of restaurants near the beach. Breakfast is also available at the stay and it's pretty good. One of the bests that I had in my whole Sri Lanka trip. The hosts have a Tuktuk and a boat so they can help you arrange boat safari or nearby market trips if required.

The villa is beautiful, the furniture really comfortable, the food amazing. The place is quite, and invites to stay, read a book, relax. Really clean, the kitchen is really handy, and the bathroom really new and very hot water. We will come back!!
