We booked last minute for just one night, we were lucky to find the Terrace, a small, simple and incredibly peaceful place. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the valley, good breakfast. Host Ashan is incredibly kind and helpful. Location is a 9 min tuktuk ride from the heart of Kandy (the hotel has one) which is absolutely worth it to enjoy the view and peaceful stay at Terrace Kandy. At the bed and breakfast, each unit has bed linen and towels. Huge clean room, whole facilities were very clean and nice shower. Hosts and house manager were super friendly and nice, including giving us a quick ride up the hill and shat9ng somw first aid stuff when I had a minor injury. Only difficulty was getting up to the place - our driver couldn't really get his car comfortably up the steep hill as the road isn't fully paved. the stairs aren't finished. I'm not sure that the property has any control over those things, though. Toilet was a little finicky - had to press flush twice for it.to stop flushing. Otherwise, a great stay, would stay there again.

I am glad I had the chance to stay in Smile Hub. The people working there are very kind and the facilities are very good and clean. I can only recommend this place and If I am back to Kandy I would stay there again.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and biscuits, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.
