Samira and Rachid go to great miles to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome, anticipating their needs and assisting them beyond any expectation. The restaurant personnel is kind, helpful and very polite. We felt that everyone was taking care of us and this is something you don't easily find in many hotels. We left more than satisfied and cannot wait to be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff who we managed to communicate with despite not speaking the same language. Had a great breakfast in the morning too.

The Villa was beautiful, clean, and tidy. Close distance from the motorway. And the airport. The pool was clean, and the water temperature was pleasant. Mr Regragui kindly provided us with a welcoming pot of tea by the pool. And show us around and explain everything about the place. I would definitely come back again. At the bed and breakfast, units include bed linen and towels. Fabienne and Siham were fantastic hosts. The riad itself was immaculate, with an elegant touch and an eye for detail. From the tiles to the hand painted doors, it was exquisite. The breakfasts were delicious and included an omelet, fresh fruit, Moroccan breads, dried fruit and nuts, and cheeses. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner prepared by Siham and Fabienne. Not only were the hosts and riad terrific, but so was the Cite Portugaise and Azzemour. More people should visit El Jadida.

The Riad was absolutely excellent value for money! (Having paid ten times the price in casablanca (for dodgy air conditioning that didn't work and no breakfast included) and 5 times the price in Rabat (for a nice Riad but without air conditioning and in a very noisy spot) we really appreciate how perfect, good value, quiet, comfortable and generally fantastic this place is. Thank you for a perfect stay!!! We absolutely 1000% recommend Riad Lala Fatima if you are visiting the Ouzoud waterfalls! (And the waterfalls are spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!)

Loved seeing the peacocks roaming around while enjoying the tea. They were so accommodating to the point of bringing a tray of breakfast before my early departure to the airport (they also arranged the transport there and recommended when I should get there). I would absolutely stay here again. The dinner and breakfast meals were wonderful as was the staff - thank you again!
