(Having paid ten times the price in casablanca (for dodgy air conditioning that didn't work and no breakfast included) and 5 times the price in Rabat (for a nice Riad but without air conditioning and in a very noisy spot) we really appreciate how perfect, good value, quiet, comfortable and generally fantastic this place is. Thank you for a perfect stay!!! We absolutely 1000% recommend Riad Lala Fatima if you are visiting the Ouzoud waterfalls! (And the waterfalls are spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!)

At the accommodation every room includes air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The property is an old house that is beautifully decorated. It was spotless, and Hakim was the star of our experience. He is an amazing cook and very tidy. Throughout our time in Morocco, Hakim was the only person who didn’t try to take advantage of us. He was incredibly helpful, and this place was the cleanest we stayed at and eat at. The breakfast was very good, the hotel location was very close to the waterfalls. The weather was cold but we managed to heat the room.

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Seham, the woman running the property, was amazing! She had a full house but still was incredibly helpful and kind as well as a great cook for all our meals! The property is also great with nice, warm and clean rooms and several terraces with great views. We wish we would have stayed longer!
