Rooms at Dar Echchaouen Maison d'Hôtes & Riad are air-conditioned and decorated in traditional Moroccan style. Each room and suite has a private bathroom featuring a shower with tadelakt tiles. The suites have a sitting area and fireplace. Wonderful place! So glad we stayed here. Everything was perfect! Service, food, location, and room made the 1 night stay very comfortable.

Aziz and the two Mohameds were so wonderful and attentive to us, we felt just like family and felt so well cared for during our first visit to Morocco. Our bed was huge and comfortable (we got the king room) and the design was impeccable, which is something that is super important to me. We looked at a lot of different properties in the Old Medica and Kasba areas and this one definitely seemed to be the most beautifully designed, all the furniture, decor and building materials were authentic and beautiful (zellige and tadelakt in the bathroom, hand painted Moroccon furniture, beautiful lighting and everthing goes with the "green" theme). Thank you so much to Aziz and his wonderful staff for a special and unforgettable stay.

Everything was great, personel is very welcoming and very helpful, place is very clean and in good location, with beautiful view for the mountains.
