I had the most amazing stay, everything was beyond great (up there in my Booking.com breaks). Greg and wife were so attentive, room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. They even gave me a leaving gift for my partner on leaving. Only a short walk to Monaco. The place to stay if in the area😊

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape.
When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings.
My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles).
As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is something special! :) the breakfast was very delicious, fresh. The owner was nice, we could also leave our car and bikes there after check out to go to Menton centre by foot. :) There was also a very nice cat around the garden, which is always a big plus for us. :)

The location is tucked away, which means it is quiet and private. Stunning, stunning, stunning view from the spacious room and balcony. Beautiful breakfast served at the time of your choice, with fresh fruit, bread and pastries - we could not get through it all! Lovely staff looked after us. It is a fair walk down to the train / beach, so you need to be fit enough to get back up! But totally worth it for the view. And the beaches are just beautiful. Visit the Eileen Gray house nearby while you're there - book a tour in advance.
