The owner sent extensive information beforehand and was incredibly welcoming. We had a medical emergency the day we arrived and Sandra showed caring, kindness and compassion above and beyond. Additionally, the breakfast and coffee were excellent!

We got to Holbox in the morning ferry, so we got to the property by around 10am, and we were just planning on leaving the bags. They actually already had our room ready and the staff could not have been nicer to us the entire time, with great recommendations. The hotel is lovely, a couple of steps away from the beach, each room feels very unique, with its own balcony and super clean bathroom. The breakfast is divine, cooked on the spot with fresh fruit and juices. We simply adored our stay

The property features pool and garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This was the perfect place for our one-day stay in Bacalar. The owners were very helpful and did everything to make us feel comfortable. They gave great tips about things to do and where to eat and organised our taxi ride for the next morning. They even organised an early breakfast for us. Also, the complimentary bikes made it very easy to navigate the city. We would definitely stay there again.

The space is like a little oasis. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the staff are great. There’s even a friendly resident cat. We would highly recommend the location too.
