I had a great stay here. I needed a place to rest during a long bike race around the Netherlands after a tough day. I was thoroughly well looked after here, got a really good nights sleep, a big breakfast and I was ready to go again in the morning. I even got my tyres pumped up and my bike cleaned and dried!

Recently stayed at this cozy and delightful bed and breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The owner was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Best glutenfree breakfast I ever had ! Excellent bed and facilities. More important, the location is great, walking distance to the center to see the Planetarium, many different restaurants and coffee places. The town has beautiful architecture and pitoresque houses. The canals are absolutely charming.

Bitgummole is a small village less than ten minutes from Leeuwarden. So much more pleasant than being in a big busy city. The property itself was beautiful, the room layout allowed for a comfortable sitting and dining area. The breakfast was very generous and was different each morning of our three nights stay.
