Nice to have shared kitchenette with fridge. Also fun to use hot tub with view to valley. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet other travelers.

Fantastic location out of town but very easy and quick to get to. Lovely quiet location. Beautiful view over the lake. Staff extremely friendly. Nothing was a problem.

Friendly staff and the fireplace kept the whole house nice and warm. The house was kept very clean too.

The B&B house was super clean, stylish decor and the facilities were great with a lovely large shared lounge and a large kitchen with everything you could need, Also provided a lovely continental breakfast which was well organised, and had everything you could want for breakfast. The bedroom had a nice clean ensuite bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were super crispy clean, also a nice sized TV in the bedroom. The host was super friendly and explained where everything was located, and the Lodge is located only a stones throw from Eat Street and the Lake Front and a short walk into town so central to everything, - Very impressed and will definitely be returning to Lakes Lodge B&B.

Spacious, comfortable B and B for 2 night stay. Off road park. Very comfortable bed. Good wifi. Comfortable sitting area. Cooked English breakfast both days. Quiet location.

My wife & I had a very pleasant stay at this outstanding small B&B. Our room was spacious, comfortable, very well appointed, with a small balcony open to a calm rural landscape. The public areas are very welcoming and elegant. The location is excellent- just outside Rotorua in a quiet nice area. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
