The property has an outdoor dining area. This is a dream property with amazing hosts. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! My wife and I have traveled a lot over the years and stayed with plenty of hosts around the world. I can honestly say Debbie was the best host we’ve ever had! She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind—just a great person who made us feel right at home. The room was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the linens were high quality—you could tell she cares about the little things. The house is in an amazing spot overlooking the Marlborough Sounds, and the views were absolutely stunning. And the food—wow. Everything was homemade and fresh from her garden. It was so good we couldn’t stop eating! Debbie went above and beyond, and we’re grateful we got to stay at her place. Highly recommend- if we could give 11 stars, we would!

The guest house also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Nice and quiet little guest house located inside a vineyard close to the owners house. Ursula was great host and very hospitable and shared much information of the region. The rooms are big with a seperate dining and kitchen which is well stocked with breakfast items. we did some cooking and there were adequate utensils for that. The vineyard is close to many celler doors and also the vine village which is very useful. Blenheim town is about a 10 minute drive nad has all that you will need to have a nice stay and for a local tour.
