Such lovely people. Bed comfortable, bath gorgeous wished we were staying longer.

I've been travelling and staying in hostels for the past few months and so decided to treat myself to a private room at the Alpine Lodge and I was so glad I did...the beds are made with a fleece mattress cover, sheets and pillow slips and this made for one of the comfiest nights sleep of my life - I never wanted to get out of bed! Decor is a little dated but this really led to me feeling more cosy and at home. The kitchen is huge and really well kitted out and clean. All facilities are clean and functional and the little shop adjoining the lodge is great for food bits. Thanks to the lovely staff for making my stay at the NP so memorable!
