Ripe avocado, eggs, milk, butter, good toasting bread, instant lattes, tea, all much appreciated. Shower hot and great water pressure. Bookshelf popular with whole family- Georgette Heyer, Alistair MacLean and Roald Dahl. Gardens look to be the work of decades. Cuddly but calm dog neighbors were added bonus. Gorge is gorgeous.

We were greeted by the owner on arrival and given a quick run down on the room so we could settle in for our stay

Situated within 23 km of Westpac Stadium and 24 km of Beehive Parliament Building, Ātahu features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Porirua. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The bed and breakfast offers garden views and a sun terrace. The view and apartment were amazing. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area. You could take a nice walk on the beach that was just a short walk from the apartment. It was about a 20 minute drive to Wellington. Also if you like cats, she has a lovely one that likes to visit. Would highly recommend the apartment.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the bed and breakfast's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The decor, Dale’s extra touches (the breakfast, cookies!) and we loved watching a movie or two in the evening. Also, Dale was incredibly kind, taking us to the beach and our bus. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent one night stay at the studio. Comfortable beds and very spacious and stylish. Very close to all the ‘action’ in Greytown. Very pretty garden around it.

This is a perfect little spot in a quiet beach town. Our only complaint is due to a very late ferry, we arrived rather too late to really enjoy it. Sandy was very accommodating with a late check-in, sending clear instructions on how to access the suite at night, and providing prompt communication. We arrived even later than expected at 1 am and we were so grateful to find such a cosy, clean suite. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet outside. We appreciated the breakfast items (croissants, yogurt, cereals, fruits, toast, coffee, tea, milk etc) and the shower was amazing. There are lots of nice touches (games and DVDs in the shelf, extra blankets, lovely shampoo) and there is a cute private patio to enjoy. Free easy parking right outside. And to top it off, it's a short walk to a spectacularly long sandy beach for a morning stroll!
