Shuttle service is available only from the airport to the property, upon request and for a surcharge. Great location in a small street, centrally located, nice breakfast with a great view, they will make you eggs of your choice, nice selection of hot beverages and fresh fruit and juices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They got us a taxi to the airport in 10 minutes.

Hosteria de Anita is a lively family-run guest house in the artistic San Blass District, central Cuzco. Features include colourful accommodations and a tour desk with a selection of regional excursions. It is located on a pedestrian street with stairs leading to the property. The Hosteria is located very central, yet it is very quiet. The green yards and ample place to rest and enjoy a complimentary hot beverage was great. I was also able to leave my luggage free of charge at the Hosteria while taking a 4 day hike.

In Cusco´s San Blas art district, Amaru Inca is set in a colonial house with internal patio and garden, featuring scenic views. Accommodation includes private bathroom, free WiFi on common areas and buffet breakfast is served daily. The location of Amaru Inca is steps away from the Plaza, close to many shops and great restaurants. The staff is available 24/7, friendly and helpful. The courtyard with seating and tea is charming, and overall the views from most rooms and open areas truly transport guests into the location of Cusco. It was my second time staying here and I would absolutely recommend. Especially given the time needed to adjust to altitude, you'll feel taken care of and comfortable. There are lots of steps and stairs so perhaps not the most accessible.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family, the room was spacious, clean and cosy. It is excellently located on a quiet neighbourhood, close to San Blas. Sarah is an incredible host, she goes out of her way in every aspect to make you feel comfortable, answer questions and cares so much about each and every guest. Featuring mountain views, Refugio de Mery Lucmabamba offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 19 km from Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary. This bed and breakfast is 19 km from Manuel Chavez Ballon Museum. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Huayna Picchu is 17 km away. What a fantastic place. Yes it is a little hike up a hill, but we were received with warmth from the owners and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Three of us stayed in the refugios, and our two camping mateswithout a booking were given a safe place to pitch a tent. The rooms were extremely comfy, with many blankets and had an emsuite bathroom with endless hot water. Outside the room is a lovely balcony with massage rollers, exactly what was needed this stage in the trek. The food was the best food I have had on salkantay, very veg and vegan friendly. There are coffee tours on site and a little store that sells the cheapest bread and fresh fruit/veg.when we left Mery gave us all Oreos and a banana for the road.
