From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just a place to sleep — it was an experience of peace, nature, and warm hospitality. The villa itself is beautifully designed — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with traditional Balti touches that give it both character and charm. Waking up to panoramic views of the mountains and the sound of flowing water was the kind of peaceful moment I didn’t know I needed. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful. The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. The best part was the villa’s location — close enough to explore famous spots like Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Shigar Fort, yet secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway in the mountains. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple seeking quiet, or a group chasing northern adventure, Creek Villa offers something special: a slice of Skardu that feels like home.

We got free breakfast in our room as per our schedule, the owner Shabbir was the kindest and made all the efforts to make our stay comfortable. The view was amazing, the owner had his own cars, that too on a reasonable rates so we never had to run after any driver or tour guide. Will again choose the same resort for my stay!

The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained every little detail showed care and attention. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more relaxing. The guest house’s location was perfect peaceful yet close to main attractions, cafes, and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, offering helpful local tips and ensuring everything I needed was available. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, served with genuine warmth. I highly recommend Northlander Guest House to anyone visiting the area. Guests can dine in an outdoor dining area at the bed and breakfast. This property is amazing-beautifully maintained with a super-friendly host! Khaplu was just what we needed, a perfect retreat, unlike Skardu, which was overcrowded, full of traffic, and uncomfortably hot. The best part is that the owner's arrangements for our Northern Pakistan tours, from airport pickup to drop-off, were flawless, especially the Nangma Valley trek. Guides, porters, and transportation were seamlessly organized. Highly recommend!

The units are equipped with heating facilities. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Arsalan was an exceptional host and took great care of me during my stay. From the scrumptious green tea and cookie on arrival through to the unforgettable tours that he took me on with excellent value. And when I came down with food poisoning from a local eatery, he went over and above to ensure I was taken care of and nursed back to health. Furthermore, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was top notch for this region. Also the shower had excellent hot water and they have solar power so any local power outages will not disrupt you. They also have an additional cafe on site where you can enjoy local and international cuisine from their local chef. Skardu is an amazing place and if you have the opportunity to visit, there is no other place I recommend more because honestly Arsalan deserves to have this place booked out every night. I feel so privileged to have stayed here and meet such a gracious host and his lovely and warm family.

We had a great 3 night stay at this clean and tidy guest house. Price was reasonable. Hasibullah and his dad made sure we had a comfortable stay. They welcomed us with home grown fruits. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Also, Sanaullah who picked us and became our tour guide showed us the beautiful Skardu is highly recommended to be your guide as, he is a down to earth human with a great personality.
