A Super Experience! - The view of the river is absolutely amazing! I spent the whole evening leaning on the French balcony, taking in the scenery - and I just couldn't get enough of it. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was incredibly soothing. - The staff are wonderfully friendly. They introduced the room and breakfast with genuine enthusiasm. They offer as much food as you'd like and even encourage you to bring some back to your room to enjoy alongside the beautiful view. It truly feels like being at grandma’s house!

Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything. Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere. Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old. I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.
