Easy to reach, very convenient on our road trip to some more remote Serbian monasteries. Lots of parking. Nice view from the balcony of the restaurant. Good food in very large portions (larger than anything we encountered during our whole trip). No airco, but the rooms are downstairs and don’t have direct sun, so pleasant even during heat wave. Staff was friendly and communication worked well enough. Would stay here again when in the area (there are very few options and this worked well enough).

We were treated to fresh coffee and tea gratis upon arrival and departure. The hosts also gave us delicious raspberry cake she had made. It was a nice stay.

Having traveled extensively across Europe for various competitions, I have never felt this level of warmth and hospitality at any hotel before. From the moment I arrived, the host, Zajda, and her husband went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They arranged everything seamlessly for my journey from Belgrade Airport to Kopaonik, ensuring I had no worries at all. Their kindness and care truly felt like being with family. One unforgettable moment was when Zajda threw water behind me for good luck—something so unique and thoughtful that it brought a smile to my face before my race. The food? Simply amazing. But what made it even better was the cook, whose talent and warmth elevated every meal. And I can’t forget the sweetest waiter who made dining such a pleasant experience. The vibe of this place is magical guests and visitors alike were so friendly with one another that it felt like a close-knit community. It was my first time in Serbia, and I felt like I was home. A special thank you to Zadja and her husband, who personally drove me to the mountain every morning for my snowboarding sessions and picked me up in the evening. Their generosity and effort were truly unparalleled. If you’re ever in Kopaonik, I highly recommend visiting Backcountry Kopaonik. It’s not just a place to stay it’s an experience that will make you want to return again and again. Believe me, once you stay here, it will become your permanent go-to spot in Kopaonik. Everything was exceptional from the moment we stepped into the villa. Mr. Bratislav is a man with a very good soul who gives anything to make his guests to feel extraordinary. Hospitality is at a completely different level. The food is extraordinary! Clean rooms! Very kind and attentive staff to all the needs of tourists. The transfer to the gondola is a big plus for tourists who come for skiing. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

Great for 2/3 people, has everything you can imagine and the best is that it’s very close to the slopes. For the price its’s offered, definitely the best find in Kopaonik.
