Super nice staff, extra large room close to everything. It’s right on the river, and even though our room over at the street, it was a very quiet.

Free private parking is available and the guest house also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. The room was perfect and located in perfect neibhourhood just 20 min. walking distance fron the center of the city. Although we saw nobody of the peolpe working for the place, everything that we asked for was already there for us. Any request via viber was accomplished in no time. Thank you.

The host was exceptionally welcoming, greeted us before the check-in time, let us leave our car after the check-out, very warm and helpful person. The apartment was very clean, very tidy, very comfortable, not too spacious but there was enough space for two to move and function without issues. In front of the building there is a small store with necessities, Lidl is also nearby, Tivoli park just around the corner.

This recently renovated guest house is located 5.1 km from Ljubljana Castle and 45 km from Adventure Mini Golf Panorama. The guest house has private entrance. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. They were very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier upon our request. The check-in process itself was incredibly smooth and modern; all doors open with a personal code, making it completely hassle-free. The apartment felt brand new and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and, while not huge, the layout is very smart and efficient. The large windows make the space feel bright and airy. There's a small but comfortable seating area with a sofa, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, including dish soap. A small supermarket is also just a few minutes' walk away. A really thoughtful touch is the TV, which can be swiveled to face either the sofa or the bed, and logging into Netflix was very easy. The location is a bit of a walk from the main city center, which is something to consider if you have a lot of luggage, but bus stops are conveniently close by. The big advantage of this location is the incredible peace and quiet. With the windows closed, you hear nothing, and even with them open, it's just some light traffic. Plus, you're only a five-minute walk from a beautiful forest, which was a huge bonus for us! The bed, though a bit on the narrow side, was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool. The staff's attentiveness was also truly impressive. When we accidentally set off the smoke alarm while cooking, we received a call within moments to check if everything was okay. This shows how caring and professional they are.
