The hotel entrance, located next to the pool and lounge, was warm and welcoming. Thai and English are spoken. The rooms were well-appointed with a casual, rustic charm. I was provided with a first-floor room, as requested. With a large window and patio doors on each side, the room filled with natural light. The large Samsung television featured numerous cable channels in multiple languages. The shower featured a standard shower head as well as a waterfall shower head. The restaurant/lounge featured quality western food throughout the day, which could be enjoyed poolside or delivered to your room. Its popularity is also enjoyed by local residents who often visit. Several Thai restaurants are located nearby and taxi service comes quickly when called. Service was always fast, friendly, and helpful. Offering comfort and value, I'm certain to return when visiting Khon Kaen. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Upgraded for not much money to a suite and was very pleased.the bed definitely thai style but comfortable. Stayed overnight for a hospital appointment and it over delivered

Quickest check in ever, from reception to room - seconds. Immaculately clean and comfortable, all quiet and for my purpose of visit its spot on location. Tea and coffee are free self service with a comfortable communal area. Normal shower and rain shower, beautiful sink. Modern large flat screen TV with all the big viewing apps (I don't watch TV so can't comment on performance). Will use again as my number one choice for this area.
