Everything. Not only was the room perfect and comfortable. (With amazing aircon) The people are the nicest I’ve met! Super welcoming and lovely. The restaurant below has a great vibe, with board games to play and great mango smoothies. Loved staying here so much and would 100 percent recommend. The location is perfect as super close to everything yet tucked away so it wasn’t loud at night. Great sea view aswell here. Definitely stay here if visiting Phi Phi

It exceeded my expections. Vibey and cozy hang out area right on the beach and able to watch the party scene. Good location that is still close to everything but out of the way enough to be able to get some peace and quiet if you want to sleep. Good proper blanket as well that seems to be waterproof. Has free water and instant coffee stand

The price was good ,it wasn't beach front,but very close to everything.
Owner was great,for finding me deals on tours,and boat taxi back,saved me alot of money,thanks for that .Young man the helped me with luggage,very nice, people of island extremely friendly,good stay.

Really great location. You’re a minute from the pier and really close to all restaurants/pubs but it’s so quiet when you’re in your room. Water pressure was the best we’ve had since travelling Thailand. Rooms aren’t modern but the beds were really soft with comfortable pillows. Spacious twin room too and powerful AC. The cats were a bonus.
The view from the room was phenomenal!! They also prepared the cutest honeymoon towel decor for us upon arrival. Location was a walk from the main pier, but worth the quietness and water front view. The bar downstairs was great for relaxing too. Less crowded and more private than the popular beach front resorts.
Staff were great, free pick up from ferry on arrival & organised a private boat for days snorkeling & siteseeing. Lovely location, quieter part of the island, but much nicer.
Easy walk to beach & great massage nearby.
