I liked the hospitality, I arrived late with the train and they came to pick me up, when I arrived I was hungry and the mother prepared me a plate of rice with omelette, when I left they accompanied me to the station again, very kind people :-)

Great place, feels like you're at home. Super friendly couple of owners. Extremely clean. Location is good, in a quiet area, but within walking distance from restaurants. The little free breakfast and tea/coffee corner is an amazing plus.

Situated near Hua Hin Beach and Hua Hin Bus Station, Treat Boutique HuaHin 94 is in Hua Hin and features free private parking and a restaurant.

I had a wonderful 2 nights here. Communication was excellent before I stayed and during the stay the young couple who own the hotel could not do enough for me they are so helpful. The hotel is new so everything is furnished to a high standard with great shower and air con etc. Breakfast is very good and very filling and there is flexibility to what you have and what time you want it. The location is great and a few minutes walk to soi 94 where there are many bars cafes and restaurants. You are not far from beach and Market Village and Blueport shopping malls. The hotel provide transport around Hua Hin to help you get about although I didn’t use this because I had a scooter. Treat is really excellent value for money with great owners in a very central Hua Hin location.

Nick and May are super hosts, they make you feel at home! The breakfast was adapted to are needs and the space for eating and relaxing where super confortable! The room was spacious with your own terrace, they have gym set up and they can take you for paddleboard tour and you can take a bike to go around! The location is perfect with a nice view and it’s close to everything around but in a quiet environment !!! They will help you with all the activities and things to see around like caverns with temple inside and national parks with elephants…

The Host David and his wife were absolutely brilliant!! Very accommodating. The included Breakfasts were Yum, the garden beautiful and well kept, the pool amazing and just the whole relaxed vibe of the place relaxing and refreshing. We both loved it !!!

We really enjoyed our time at Baan Mahasamut and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and natural getaway. We extended our stay twice 😂 and appreciated exploring Pranburi for 15 days. The rooms are nice, beautiful, and comfortable. The location was great, it was so quiet, the birds were the noisiest sounds.Mai,and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I felt very lucky to stay there !!!

Short walk to the beach…short walk to great shopping mall and the Cicada and Tamarind night markets. Breakfast was always made to order…your choice from traditional North American fare with fresh bread and salads to Thai style porridge. The owners and staff were extremely gracious and helpful.

It was an excellent place to stay, the hosts were a young married couple, they spoke good English, and we're helpful in everything, the breakfast was lovely, and different each day. It was a slight walk, but everything was easy to access, myself I love to walk so it was ideal, I would go back there in a heartbeat, and their assistant, was a lovely lady, always busy, delightful place 👍
