The property is set 4.4 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, 2.6 km from Amphitheater of Carthage and 3.6 km from Carthage National Museum. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking guest house has a hot tub. A beautiful Dar in the centre of Sidi Bou Said located on a quiet but accessible side street just metres from the action. The property was beautiful and would be great value for money for up to 4 people. I stayed myself but was still worth it! I was blown away by the traditional architecture and style of the property. Unfortunately I could only stay 2 nights, I’d loved to have stayed longer. The host was very hospitable and helped me arranging payment as you cannot yet pay by credit card. I didn’t have a car, but they offered me free parking pass at the car park nearby.

It is situated in the heart of Sidi Bou Saidjust a few minutes away from the bustling main street & the viewpoint. The rooms open up to an open courtyard, which is also the place where breakfast is served in the morning. The check-in process was smooth and it took around 10 minutes. The receptionist was nice & friendly. The space of single occupancy room was just enough and it was clean. The room had an adjustable heater which provided adequate heating and it was possible to adjust the level of heating. The bathroom had hot water, washing amenities and towels. The breakfast was simple, but was adequate.

Dar Fatma is a traditional Arabian house, which has been transformed into a boutique-style retreat. The air-conditioned rooms are set around the picturesque courtyard and each comes with a private bathroom and a TV. The location is absolutely incredible and the property is a little gem in the hearth of Sidi Bou Said. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and served in the courtyard. Highly recommended.

The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom. Love the location and privacy of this room! The Host went overboard to make sure I arrived safely and was available during my entire stay.
