The place is located in a quiet area and we had such a great sleep. The breakfast was from outside - was ok (if I am not mistaken it was soy milk and Chinese donut). Parking was available. If you get the room with the balcony, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast. Peaceful and lovely. About 20-30 mins drive to Sun Moon Lake. I’d recommend this place if you are traveling by car.

Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

Their 2 dogs were a bit weary of us at the start but quickly warmed up. There was a decent cooking area for 3 of us to prepare simple meals.

Because it was rainy weather during our visit, we spent the whole first day in the hotel room, which has super comfortable with tasteful furnishings, warm ceiling and table side lighting, spacious with a high ceiling, large TV screen connectable to Netflix, and mini fridge. 10 minute walk from bus station and bike rental and close to good vegetarian restaurant and cake shop too was perfect for a birthday trip.

They treat us like their family. Breakfast was plantafull and yummy. We had the Lakeview room. The room was clean, and we were able to see sunrise from our room. When entering and exiting their back exit. (Which faces the lake). It's about 400 meters to the main hub, seven eleven, and food. We had to catch an 8 am. bus. The wonder staff packed our breakfast to go. My husband and I highly recommend the place. We will definitely return next time.
