I don’t have enough good things to say about this place! The staff is warm, inviting, helpful, accommodating, and had the cutest list of recommendations for us to explore the town. The rooms were cozy, clean, and a vibe. I already can’t wait to plan my next trip & stay here again.

The Squibb House, built in 1887, features 5 rooms. The rooms include private bathrooms, fireplaces and a seating area. Common areas include a living room. We stayed 2 nights in this charming house.. the chimney makes it even cosier . We were in the Hickory room, surronded by nature. At that time of the year, flowers are everywere .Wonderful! . Breakfast has home make cakes and biscuits. We felt like home. Nice stop on the way to LA The ocean is wilder in Cambria than in Cayakos and if f you have binoculars ,you can try to see whales and another maritime animals. I definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at this B&B while visiting San Simeon and Morro Bay, one of the first overnight trips we have done in a long time. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast that was included, it made us feel so warmly welcomed, and was the best start to a long day for us. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were amazing, I slept straight until morning which is rare for me. Overall, a great place, highly recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect. I love it. It’s old charm, but it’s so well-maintained and I always feel very special staying there. It is refreshing to deal directly with people that have an interest in their property rather than dealing with a big chain. It’s one of the few places I’ve ever stayed at where I actually get brass keys given to me instead of a digital key card to swipe. They haven’t underground parking that is private and super accessible and free to resident staying in the hotel! Once you’ve parked there, you’ll find you don’t need to drive anywhere. You can just walk to the beach and to restaurants and coffee houses, antique shops, bakeries, etc. They have very delicious wine included in the evening during a happy hour and the morning breakfast quiche is very delicious too!
