This place is absolutely unique in Armenia: a modern, bright and comfortable house built alone in the mountains, well equipped with all necessary for comfortable weekend. Shura was so welcoming and prepared the most incredible food! We mentioned we don’t eat much meat and she put on a fantastic array of delicious vegetables. We had some trouble finding the property but it was just on the main road 🤦🏼‍♀️ don’t rely on the location map of booking or Google maps!

The place is absolutely gorgeous and the same as described in the description. The owners even waited for us later than their arrival time, they helped us throughout the whole stay and communication with them was splendid and easy. Definitely recommend the place to others that come by to Ijevan.

Hotel is in the centre of the Gosh village. We had a clean room with a balcony. Downstairs is restaurant, serving delicious food for a very good price. Ladies there were very kind and helpful :)

Very warm rooms (stayed in February). Staff is extremely friendly. Great location (2 minutes to the lake, 15 minutes to a sight). Enormous tasty breakfast.
