We liked Karo the owner's welcome and how she greeted us. She was very helpful and supportive and was waiting for us when we arrived. She was very friendly as well and she has excellent customer care, Thank you Karo for the chocolate., the apartment is new, very clean, excellent location and beuteful view. Wonderful location with views of the town square. Beautiful room, designed with attention to every detail. Easy to use sauna. We also liked the tastefully-designed common area which offered a coffee maker, water heater, plates, cups and dining utensils. Creaky floorboards added a rustic vibe.

Barbara is very hospital and nice, although speaking very little English but always smile and giving us help. The environment of the house inside and outside was brilliant, every sight is a beautiful picture, the house is big and well furnished, we enjoy our stay a lot and definitely will come again when our next trip to Munich. Our friendly host Linda met us as arrived at the property. She was always available to answer our many questions. Breakfast was excellent. Linda served us earlier one morning as our plans required an earlier start to the day. Linda really made our stay very memorable. Location was perfect for going to Hallstatt, Salzburg, St. Wolfgang. The view from our balcony was spectacular- just what we imagined rural Austria to look like.

    This was a lovely property right in the heart of the Austrian Alps. The owner provided some discount cards to local attractions. They also provided a detailed list of events happening in the region during the dates we were there. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The village was lovely and the surrounding activities was wonderful. I would return.

    We were 4 nights in the ground floor apartment, 5 adults. The apartment is spacious and includes 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view around the house is lovely, the village of Rusbach is very close to the Gosau and Hallstatt lakes. There is a supermarket a 5-minute drive from the village. The apartment is hot, but since we were in the apartment in the second half of September, when we opened the windows in the evening it was pleasant.

    Amazing apartment. Clean, well maintained, includes everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable vacation (especially comfortable beds). We were a family with four children and there was enough space for everyone. Elizabeth, the owner of the place, went out of her way to make us comfortable and relaxed, and was available for any question or request. The village is also quiet and charming.
