These are absolutely new apartment. Everything is clean (hallway, apartments, kitchen, laundry). You will have everything you need in the apartment from soap and towels till kitchen stuff and coffee machine. By the way the hosts are always in touch and very helpful. The apartment is excellent for three people. Children will love the cozy bed next to the window. Important, that you can park your car on the street right next to the entrance for free. Parking slots are always available.

The communication with the owner was super easy and clear. We were a group of friends staying just one night, but we could have easily stayed much longer. - Very large room with a fully equipped kitchen (without microwave though) and large bathroom. - Rather old building with charm - Good location in a quiet street, only an 8-minute walk to the train station. To Vienna main station it is only a 30-minute train ride. - The BnB is attached to an Italian restaurant that does very good and authentic pasta and pizza. The terrace must be very pleasant during the summer. From my room I didn't have any kitchen smell nor noise coming from the restaurant. - Breakfast was very nice and included in the price - Staff is very friendly and service oriented, they let me use their bike without additional charge one day and they brought my food from the restaurant to the room - Ideal for someone who, like me, has got things to do in Sankt Pölten but at the same time wishes to discover Vienna
