Hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast makings were provided and topped up by the hosts. Fantastic historic old former bank/house that the hosts were doing up, and saving history. we could see how much work they had put into the project. they had a great coffee shop on the ground floor. As guests, we had the whole top floor as there was only one bathroom.

location was very convenient! I loved that it was a serene place but only a few meters away from the hub of Cooktown. Sunset from the balcony was always a treat each night. Lek (Pranom) is a most caring and thoughtful host, she made me feel so welcomed and was so hospitable

Property is brilliant - everything you want in there, plus other extras like decent soap/shower gel, laundry facilities. Owners left cereals in cupboards, fridge had items like mayo in it, as well as milk and coffee pods/tea bags. Hosts are excellent - friendly and helpful. Property is located just off the main Cooktown street, only a short walk to it. Plenty of space in the property as well as 2 showers and toilets. Plenty of information on the house/local activities etc and torches/umbrellas if you needed them. I have no hesitation in recommending the property and would always stay there if/when we return to Cooktown.
