We arrived early from a long flight. The reception staff used translate and WeChat to communicate with us as we couldn’t speak Chinese. They stored our luggage while our room got ready and suggested we go sightseeing and would message us once our room was ready. This worked great as we went to the pineapple mall had a look around and got something to eat and within 2 hrs our room was ready.

Almost nobody speaks English, but it's not a problem if you have a translator. Staff is very friendly and if you need anything they provide it just in instance. Cleaning everyday, new water everyday, room for storing stuff - for free.
