I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. The girl was to receive us at the taxi stop and took us to the place, same as the check out day, she took us to the Main Street to look for a taxi, that was very helpful due to this place has not DIDI service and the taxi is difficult to find. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – everything from the high-quality toiletries to the soft lighting made the space feel cozy and luxurious. The location was perfect – close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a central area, the room was quiet and peaceful, offering a great night’s sleep. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The view from the balcony is breathtaking, very helpful owners, who helped us book a taxi, arranged a private car to visit the Southern Wall and provided great recommendations for food places and things to see.

They upgraded our room, gave us advice and directions, sorted our transport and gave us local snacks! Thank you so much :)

Room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The host was super kind and helpful. Hemu house is a perfect stay for exploring Fenghuang/ phoenix ancient town.

The staff were very helpful, helped us carry our luggage from the carpark to the hotel. Changed our room with no fuss. Very attentive.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. There were lots of nice touches such as little gifts like fruit and flowers and even sweets from their downstairs shop. We are on a cycling tour and they let us store all five bikes inside the hotel and even carried them upstairs for us! The hotel was a two minute walk from the best viewpoints of the ancient city.
