Hotel locates in a small village with best view where you can overlook the Nile and the east bank. Hotel manager is super nice, he helped us arrange everything and is so kind to let us late check out due to late flight. The tour hotel offered is also in fair price and good quality, highly recommend. Last but not least, the dinner we had in the hotel is also very good.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We got a welcome drink upon our arrival and a member of the staff offered us a drive to the hotel when he saw us walking on the street to the direction of the hotel. The room was quiet, well equipped and clean. In addition, the bathroom was also clean and it was equipped with shampoos and shower gels. The breakfast was tasty and we could have as many coffees as we liked (which is an important point for a coffeeholic person like me :D). We could store our luggage for free at the hotel after the check out on our last day. After returning to the hotel in the evening, we got a towel and we could also chill near the pool and freshen up in the bathrooms before leaving to Cairo at night. We also booked a private felucca sunset tour with dinner through the hotel which was an amazing experience. The pickup was punctual and the food was really tasty. Our guide and captain Hamada was very friendly, talkative and he took great pictures of us. It was one of the best experiences during our time in Egypt. A big thank you to all! شكراً

Mahmoud, the owner was incredible in giving us the best experience in Luxor. He will arrange all your needs with professionalism and fair price : we had a sunrise hot air balloon and a half day driver booked. The place itself was great and spacious with all the equipment you might need (kitchen fully equipped, free washing machine). The property of Mahmoud is a little paradise you can relax there after exhausting visits of the city. Location was ok, it’s a little bit of tracks but quite close from the public ferry (10 min walk). I would definitely go back to tasneem palace for my next trip !

The place is super cute with two beautiful terraces. The room offered a lot of space and the bed was big and very comfortable. The pool is refreshing, exactly what you need. The location us close to the Nile and restaurants. The host Ibrahim is exceptionally kind and always ready to help. He picked us up from the airport and made sure we find the location where our cruise ship departs. Great service from start to finish.
