This was the best location we stayed at during our two-week holiday through Andalusia. We got all the comforts of a two-bed/2 bath apartment mixed with all the conveniences of staying in a hotel. The breakfast buffet is robust and delicious. The location is a short quick walk to historical sites and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Casa del Rey Sabio exceeded all expectations. The entire building is beautifully renovated, and the rooms are so comfortable that it’s almost unbelievable. I found myself wishing I could extend my stay in Seville just to enjoy the apartment and its excellent facilities even more. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making the experience even better. The location is also fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying here; it’s an absolute gem!

Centrally located. Clean rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good and quite airco. Our apartment consisted out of a bedroom, livingroom with kitchen and a separate bathroom. This layout enabled us to sleep in the bedroom and our toddler in the livingroom. The staff arranged an infant bed and private shuttle/taxi from and to the airport. Everything is within walking distance.

The location was amazing, there were some pretty cool views of La Giralda from the rooftop terrace. The room was perfect, with a fun stylish decor and very clean and nice. The room was decorated so that the place felt bigger, and we had a cute window to an internal balcony. The shower was great, it had great pressure and also natural light. It was very convenient to enter the building and room with a password so you did not have to worry about loosing or forgetting the key. The common areas were very nice, with a comfy sofa and a modern kitchen full of appliances and dishes and cutlery. I appreciated they had a kettle so I could make my ginger tea :D The staff was very friendly and the manager replied very fast and you can talk to her over whatsapp. If I come back to seville, I am surely staying back at Lukanda, also compared to other hostels the price is amazing, the place is so well cared for that it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Also location is pretty nice, you have the Giralda and Alcazar few steps away, and the street is very safe and full of nice places: we went to Mamarracho just before going to the room and was one of the best lunch we had in Seville, very nice tapas (I am Spanish so you can trust me on this one lol) and there is also two nice modern coffee shops where you can get vegan milk latte which is not that common in Spain.

The rooms were really spacious and very good quality right down to the beautiful linen. The bed was very comfortable and a beautiful breakfast was delivered to our door every morning. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight. The Palace was in a lovely quiet area but easy walking distance to most of Sevilles old town highlights.

Great location, very close to Seta de Sevilla, Alcazar and the Cathedral. A lovely clean and tidy apartment. Having a lift was a bonus as it was on the 4th floor. The bathroom was a good size too. It had all the amenities we needed, especially a washing machine. Considering our very last minute booking, the check in process went well.

We loved how homey and comfortable the appartment was. It felt like we were guests in someone's home rather than a holiday rental. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. The information book was super helpful. The apartment is well-located in an authentic-feeling neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and grocery markets nearby. We also appreciated the presence of "basics" in the kitchen, as well as juice and snacks for breakfast. Thanks, Brad, for a wonderful stay in Sevilla!

The apartment with terrace and access to the roof top terrace with pool felt like the ultimate holiday home. We spent a lot of time “at home” relaxing and enjoying the outside sitting area. The hosts Olga and Ana are really friendly. The place is super clean and location is awesome - you can do everything on foot in Sevilla.
