Great accommodation, clean and good equipped. Lots of green areas, good restaurant nearby and pool in the Main building. The hosts were always available for Info and questions. Definitely can recommend it. Plus: pet friendly.

Almost everything ... a tiny, lovely little cottage located perfectly for relaxing and spending a great time! Everything you need is there, Wifi very good, big supermarket 7 minutes by car, close to Hastings and the ocean! Animals are so cute and it's just quiet there ... wonderful!!

We loved the old world charm of the large room with it’s bay windows and fireplace. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with not just a shower but a stand alone bath tub. Extra towels were provided with bath robes and slippers. Also, extra treats provided, for example home made chocolate cake on arrival, were exceptional. Our host was fantastic and the breakfasts she provided each morning were a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Although the street is narrow, parking was not a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very special B'n'B. Thank you for the tea and the cake in the afternoon and for the wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere is extraordinary. Please be aware that (as a guest upstairs) you can't take a shower, only wash yourself. The bathroom is quite "old fashioned"... as the whole house. It is definitively worth visiting.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by our exceptional host – a French gentleman who seems to have made it his life’s mission to perfect the art of hospitality. His attention to detail, local knowledge, and heartfelt enthusiasm made us feel not just accommodated, but truly looked after. Whether it was insider tips on where to dine, hidden corners of Hastings to explore, or day trips in the surrounding countryside – every recommendation was spot on. The breakfast was, quite simply, sublime – lovingly prepared, beautifully presented, and worthy of a fine dining experience (without the stiff upper lip). Fresh ingredients, thoughtful variety, and that unmistakable touch of passion that makes all the difference. Throughout our journey along the South Coast, this was without a doubt the best overall experience – a true highlight. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of charm, comfort, and quality. The owner , Jo was very kind and let us stay in the apartment for a few hours, over our paid stay, as our flights were to be delayed due to bad weather and we would have had to sit in the rain waiting for our train connection. Accommodation in a very quiet location, separate building, parking in front of the house behind a closing gate. Absolute privacy, perfect outdoor seating on the terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside and greenery. Very well-equipped kitchen, with stove and microwave. Two comfortable double beds. The accommodation is not large (everything is in one room, except the bathroom), but very functionally furnished, comfortable, clean and modern. Very helpful owner, who lives in the next building. We would consider accommodation again.
