I was impressed with the building’s warmth and design. The hostess Tsitso was very friendly and charming and made awesome breakfasts for me and my husband. Also Rati (owner) did his best to help in any question. Our room was super clean and had a balcony and quite big bathroom. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Mestia and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot!

We had an amazing experience in "Svanety Appartments" guesthouse. The landlady was a fantastic woman, always there if we needed anything, very sweet and positive, and even gave us freshly cooked tasty cookies. The place is exactly like in the pictures, clean and comfy. If we visit Mestia again, we will stay here again 100%.

My favorite stay, it has a nice vibe as it gets busy with more people than the other guest houses (many rooms), and it's a coffee shop too, so hikers stop on the terrace for a break before finishing their hike to the next village. The view is just stunning, opposite to the mountain. I am glad I picked this one instead of the following village.
