I got to stay with simple Village people making their own wine, pickled vegetables, fruit, compotes, and flavored chacha. Bondo, the owner was a delight.

I stopped here for a night so I could get to the caves in Vardzia early the next day. The property is well maintained, very clean and beautiful garden. It is in a village not close to any stores so I recommend coming by personal car only.

A lovely little farming village close to Vardzia Cave Town. Beautiful modern newly built rooms. Family owned and operated. Optional home crooked breakfast and/or dinner available upon request. Lovely friendly family, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended

Tsotne's Kingdom is a recently opened homestay style accommodation. I received a warm welcome, was spontaneously served a cup of coffee, and enjoyed a homemade breakfast in the family kitchen in the morning. This smallscale accommodation is in close proximity of Vardzia, in a quiet village. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax.

The HOST was amazing. Such a beautiful spot in a Georgian village. Hospitality at its finest and most relaxed as well. Food for dinner and wine were excellent. Breakfast was a sumptuous affair. When we finished it was difficult to notice that we had eaten. Well prepared and delicious. Variety! Will be telling all of our colleagues that this is the place to stay in Vardzia.

Very nice, cozy, clean and quiet place in Georgian village near Vardzia. Great quality for good price. The host was very hospitable young man. Also many thanks to his family who served us. We ordered dinner and it was delicious and so big (fried fresh fish and chicken, potato, cheese, vegetable salad)! Breakfast was included in the price and it was also big and delicious with Georgian cuisine. You can also try red and white wine for good price wiсh the host makes himself.

Very good location, in a small village 5 minutes from Vardzia. The room was clean and comfortable, we slept very well. The family was extremely nice, we had wonderful breakfasts and great dinners. We can highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again when we come to Vardzia.

The family that hosted us was so kind and helpful! They had a lovely place and garden, and everything was so comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Vardzia and in an beautiful village. You could also ask for dinner and breakfast, the food was absolutely great. We asked for a vegetarian dish, and we got an amazing diverse meal! We had a wonderful stay at House Tsiskari!!

Incredible Location you will never get closer to the people in Georgia than there and you are right at the sight. The landlord is very very nice..showed us around and the abandoned village. Unfortunately he does not speak English. His wife cooks very good food. The rooms are perfectly adequate for one night. Further on, the landlord drove us up the steep hill at the sight.
