Babis was an excellent, friendly host. Upon our arrival, he immediately offered us a beer, which we gratefully accepted, and he recommended nearby restaurants. He has a beautiful garden and friendly animals. The accommodation was clean, with a wonderful view. We felt great here. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

There was nothing to dislike. Every facility in studio; air fryer, microwave,spotlessly clean and great attention to detail. Alexia is an amazing host with lovely touches of kindness to make stay special. Nelly who looks after the accommodation could not have been more kind of generous.. Location was wonderful. Outside seating area in addition to patio and a lovely dining area too.

An amazing transformation of a typical Greek island property into a modern dwelling with all the comfort of today, not like when we used to come here in the seventies and slept in sleeping bags on the roof, very cheap then of course, but as now an older bloke, prefer nowadays the modern comfort, Best thing.....a proper mossie net on aluminium frame, unbeatable!)))

Close to the bus stop and the port. A few minutes walk to the center. Very nice and smiling staff. Clean apartments and balconies. A welcome package full of goodies was also a pleasant surprise. We were here for one night and continued by ferry to the next island. It was a pleasant start to the holiday :)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Skiathos! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — she welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, and a delicious homemade banana bread! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to restaurants and the port. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Without realizing it, we had booked a room without a balcony. We kindly asked if there was another option with a terrace, and they accommodated our request. After the second day, they moved us to a room with a large rooftop terrace, without charging us any extra. The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh coffee capsules were provided every day, and the hygiene standards were excellent.

    The host was very kind and helpful men. The room, the garden and the whole villa was stylish, nicely furnished as well. Everything was harmonized with each other. Cappucino was excellent. I highly recommend Villa Karina to everyone.

    Babs is an amazing host, charming and resourceful. The villa has the best location stop 13 away from the main town - 5 mins and has the 2 best beaches right across the road. The supermarket down the road from the villa is great. The villa cats and puppy just give it that homely feel - thanks Bads - oh the view is amazing with plum, grapevines and apples in hands reach!!

    The property looks like on the pictures. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. Owner was kind, helpful and friendly. Villa Karina has beautiful surrounding, garden with the terrace where you can enjoy so delicious breakfast or drinks. We feel amazing there.

    Villa Karina is located very close to the beach, actually between beaches Kolios and Platania with fine sand and gorgeous water. The rooms are big, clean, very comfortable beds. The yard is very well maintained with flowers and other beautiful plants. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the beach too much, because of natural disaster that affected Greece(heavy rains). I was impressed by the care of the staff so that tourists are affected as little as possible.

    Perfectly designed new build both inside and out. The villa itself was so clean and comfortable with everything you would need for 2 people .The views outdoors were stunning with the plunge pool a welcome extra bit of luxury. Fabulous eateries within walking distance.
