One of the best places we stayed in. Big room, incredibly clean (cleaned every day) . Big bed, large terrace and a spare one for hanging wet stuff. Enough parking space. Staff always available. They greeted us some breakfast stuff on the table and in the fridge (bread, ham, cheese, butter, honey, tea, coffee, bottled water). Refilled coffee. One small suggestion - could use some shelves, especially in the bathroom.

Georgia was a fantastic host, nothing too much trouble and very informative. Recommended a really good traditional taverna in town that was great value for money. About 15 minutes to walk down to Gythio. Amazing sea views from the room and had a fully equipped small kitchenette.

Kind friendly and very obliging people...Romina went out of her way to drive us to beaches and to town as we didn't have access to a car..... to prepare meals and offer cakes and coffee, to invite us to her family table for dinner..it was exceptional and a wonderful experience...highly recommended as a destination . Villa Apa in Karioupoly has magnificent views a rustic traditional taverna and magnificent hiking walks with breathtaking mountain and sea views . The apparment is a neoclassical design comfortable spacious .with warm ambience..

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Cosy house in Gythio. The house was impeccably clean and the beds very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, smart tv, heating, washing machine, even douche showers in the bathrooms! The roof terrace was a real suntrap and a great place for chilling. Host was helpful, communicative and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

    Excellent maisonette, with basic cooking facilities, balcony with sea views. Lovely receptionist who helped me choose where to visit next with her local knowledge. The shower was the strongest I think I've had, like a massage, and the overall ambience was nice. The beach was a 10 min walk and about 15-20 minutes walk to the fishing village.

    We liked everything about this resort built like a Greek village: Spacious apartments, close to the sea, wonderful and rich breakfast, smiling host, Jenny Markopoulou, who is a treasure. The place is quiet yet near to the small town of Gythiou to have a nice dinner from a wide choice of restaurants

    It's a modern villa above the sea with olive trees around and manicured grounds, 6 min drive from the vibrant Gythio quay, and less than an hour both from the fabulous Monemvasia fortress and from Mystra monasteries. Very quiet and peaceful place, friendly staff, a short pleasant walk to the rugged beach. Spacious room with a kitchenette. Good both for a short and for a longer stay.

    Very beautiful garden with pool. The rooms have a good size and a big balcony. It was very clean . The beach is about 300 m away and after a 15 minutes walk up the hill you can reach the village where you can find some restaurants. The staff was very friendly, they offer a small breakfast for free . There is also the possibility to buy drinks and food which you can enjoy at the pool area.

    A fantastic location, very stylish and well equipped, in a wonderful and quiet village, yet very close to the main attractions around the Mani peninsula. Iorgos, the owner, is also extremely helpful with everything you need. Will definitely visit again!
