Excellent food, lots of fruit, good variety, different dishes every meal. Fish was very fresh and often accompanied by a photo of the actual fish. Stephen and Missi made us feel like part of the family. Stephen arranged for car and boat transportation from the airport and later to Tangkoko. Also for a snorkeling boat. Very attentive and interested in our welfare.

They upgraded my stay to the best bungalow they had on the beach for free. Thanks. I really loved the beach. At Bunaken, you first have the coral reef, then the lagoon, then the mangrove, then the beach. So the nature setting is quite exceptional unless you don't like Mangrove of course.

Gardenia Country Inn is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Tomohon. Great rooms with stunning views of Mount Lokon, and set in beautiful gardens. The food at the restaurant was great, and again great views, and Leslie provided excellent service throughout - very attentive and was able to line up a guide at short notice for us to hike Mount Tomohon.
