If you want Ireland and it’s true hospitality, The Mews has it ! It was amazing. Everything about it was spectacular. The accommodation, the outdoor area was beautiful. Even had 3 very cute Alpacas

A top example of Irish hospitality: one arrives as a customer and leaves as a friend. We were in Newbridge to attend a concert in town, we didn’t just get hints for places to eat but even a lift to town, saving the expense of a taxi. Any request we had was solved and in the morning, no trouble was too much for breakfast and check-out. We had a lovely, quite room with all facilities.

Very friendly people. We had a nice stay at the Silken Thomas. The rooms were spaceous. We had 2 rooms on the top floor in the Postmasters House. We were travelling with 3 kids and therefore we had 2 rooms. The beds were good, and the rooms were very clean. The kids were very fond of the bunk bed.

I really like this place. The host is very friendly and respond quickly. Clean and well equipped. First time live in a loft. Lots of stairs to get to bed. But I like it. The place is warmed up quickly after turn the radiator on. I only realised it’s I turned the light bulb on , which hanging between the two stables in the late evening. My apologies to the people who live in opposite sides. I was puzzled how it could be turned off. The location is very good. It’s between the Kildare Village and Emo Court. 10-15 minutes drive to both places. I am a foreigner, this place is actually quite a distant to Dublin. There is a very good Italian takeaway on the front street. Enjoyed a fish and chips there.

We had such a pleasant stay at the Abhainn Ri Farmhouse. The landscape is fantastic for a lovely walk through the fields. (You can borrow wellington boots from the wellie-shed :) ) Niamh is a great hostess and the homemade breakfast was fantastic! (Especially the home-baked bread and muffins )
