A courteous welcome set the tone for what would follow. The property is just lovely, a touch old-fashioned, but don't get me wrong - everything you could possibly want is there - a spacious room, a great bathroom, excellent WiFi, a self-service kitchen (with food and fruit in the fridge, and coffee/tea/juice and water for you to help yourself to at any time). Above all, every little detail has been lovingly arranged by the charming and smiling owners - who are there when you need them but in no way intrusive. The property is on the main road near the station, but it has excellent soundproofing and my room was totally silent and thus exactly what I needed after a hectic day on the autostrada. There is a fast charger for e-cars a 2-minute walk away. I loved it at Iris and throughly recommend this as an honest and great place to stay!

The B&B was a short stroll to the beach and in a very peaceful location. It was immaculately clean. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast and the B&B had every facility you could want, BBQ area, lovely gardens to sit. The host, Maria, went above and beyond to help. If you contact her prior to your arrival, she will organise a car to pick you up, likewise on departure.

Location was great. Very peaceful with the most stunning view of Monte Cassino. We practically had the whole place to ourselves most of the time. The pool was a good size and cleaned on a daily basis. The grounds were immaculate too. The owner, Veronica, was so welcoming and easy to chat with. If there was anything we needed we just had to ask.

The room is even prettier than in the pictures and quite spacious for two people with a contemporary look. The desk and desk chair made working remotely very comfortable. The wifi was stable, with no issues during uploads, Zoom meetings, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was the best we encountered during our Italy trip, warm water was available, and the bathroom itself was modern and clean. Soap and shower caps, as well as many towels, were provided. Very big balcony. AC/heater worked flawlessly, so the room was warm and cozy. Communication with the hostess was easy, and she helped organize a taxi to bring us to the monte Cassino cementary. The building is a 10-minute walk from the train station right in the city center, very safe area, many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Absolutely recommend.
