That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children. The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies

Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. Great, beautiful place in perfect, very central location. We felt special staying in such a beautiful room 😉. The terrace and its view were great. You can see the lower part of town (which looks spectacular) and one side of the cathedral. The people who run the place are friendly and simpathetic. We felt welcome. Breakfast was good too, in the bar del duomo, around the corner.

This property was booked as a last minute break and we loved the property and the hosts. The property is a gem in the historic Basa area of Modica. The property has a communal sitting area and kitchen on the ground floor and upstairs are 2 ensuite bedrooms that can be booked as 1 property or as we did by the room. The cottage has the most beautiful small flower filled courtyard at the front and we spent lots of time sitting in this little area having a glass of wine and our morning coffee. We also ate dinner in the courtyard 1 evening. Our room was large spacious and comfortable with a little sitting area and a good size bathroom, The room overlooked the narrow alleys and the courtyard garden. There was plenty of storage in the room and the communal fridge downstairs also has separate areas labelled for each room. Dogs are welcome at this property. The kitchen has the basics that are needed to cook a meal. The property has Wi-Fi. Free parking is a 5 minute walk from the property as the property is in a narrow alley there is no direct car access. The property is a 3 minute walk from 2 supermarkets and other local shops and cafes. The property also comes with several other accommodation options that the host kindly showed us and would be a great place for a large family to stay. We are already planning to return to this fantastic property in the cooler months.
